Gardiner, J.D. as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Gardiner has over 25 years of experience as outside general counsel advising private and public biotechnology companies. “After working with Nat for so many years as our outside counsel, we are thrilled to have him join as a permanent member of senior management,” commented Jay R. Since 2008 Mr. Gardiner had been co-chair of the firm’s Life Sciences Group, and before that he was co-chair of the Business Law Department.
