increase its operational efficiencies, Jefferies LLC has selected FIS as its
strategic technology partner in delivering IT services to the firm. The
opportunity to improve operational efficiency while better handling the firm’s
growth led global investment banking firm Jefferies to select FIS™ (NYSE:

consulting and outsourcing solutions, as its long term strategic partner.
With this agreement, FIS will provide transformational services for Jefferies
locations worldwide. Combining the strength of its global outsourcing
capabilities with the management consulting expertise of its Capco business,
