Amira Nature Foods Ltd (the “Company”; NYSE: ANFI), a leading global provider
of branded and packaged Indian specialty rice, announced today that it has
engaged Contract Advertising (“Contract”) as its advertising agency. Contract
will partner with Amira to develop creative media to drive awareness of the
Amira brand across India.

Founded over two decades ago, Contract is a premier advertising agency based
in India with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. The Amira account will
be handled out of the agency’s Delhi office. Contract has partnered with many
premier global brands on their advertising campaigns, including Dominos,
Cadbury, Dabur, Asian Paints, Shoppers Stop, and NIIT, to name just a few. For
Amira, Contract will work with the Company to develop campaigns in a wide
range of media spheres, including television, radio, print, and digital media.
