NEW YORK, May 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Computershare Limited (ASX: CPU), a
leading financial services  provider for the global securities industry,
announced today it has acquired Registrar and Transfer Company (R&T). R&T
provides transfer agency, proxy advisory and printing services; serving
approximately 860 issuers in the US market.

Proxy Advisors will operate temporarily as separate entities within
