Louisiana Bancorp, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

METAIRIE, La., April 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Louisiana Bancorp, Inc.
(Nasdaq:LABC) announced today that its Board of Directors at their meeting on
April 29, 2014, declared a cash dividend of $.05 per share on the common stock
of the Company, payable on May 29, 2014 to the shareholders of record at the
close of business on May 13, 2014.
