(NASDAQ:ISIG) (“Insignia” or “the Company”) today announced it hired Timothy J. Halfmann as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, effective April 28, 2014. In this newly created position, Mr. Halfmann will be responsible for overall Company revenue, brand positioning and strategy, and solving customer challenges. Mr. Halfmann brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing strategy and executive leadership. Mr. Halfmann spent the first part of his career first at News America and Valassis, where he held senior leadership positions. Since leaving Valassis in 2007, he has led national sales organizations at Entertainment Promotions, as well as ePrize, an online provider of games, sweepstakes and loyalty programs.
