Mountain High Reports Latest Marijuana Harvest at Optioned Isabelle Property
Increases Over 400%
DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/29/14 -- Mountain High
Acquisitions Corp. (OTCQB: MYHI) ("Mountain High" or the "Company"),
a strategic real estate holding company whose primary focus is the
acquisition and development of commercial properties in the marijuana
sector, is pleased to report that the March 2014 harvest completed by
the licensed marijuana grower at the Isabelle Property in Colorado
yielded 430 lbs. flower and over 201 lbs. of trim/shake to be
processed into oil extractions and other infused products. This
record harvest volume at Isabelle represents an approximate 430%
increase over the March 2013 harvest of 119 lbs.
"We wanted to be among the first to congratulate the operators at our
optioned Isabelle Property on another record harvest," stated Mr.
Alan Smith, President of Mountain High Acquisitions Corp. "The rapid
growth and success of the marijuana cultivation operation at Isabelle
is strong proof of the hard work and expertise of the operators and
clearly demonstrates the asset value of the property as the operation
continues to grow."
The latest marijuana crop from the Isabelle Property was cultivated
using proprietary organic methods, which produced significantly
higher yields without using chemical pesticides. The increased
harvest yields were possible in part due to years of painstaking
greenhouse friendly strain selection by the grower and the fact that
the Isabelle Property has been built into the ideal facility for an
expanding marijuana cultivation operation. The current crop is by far
the best and most product ever produced from the Isabelle facility.
Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canna-Life Corp., Mountain High
holds an option to purchase, subject to various terms and conditions,
the Isabelle Property which consists of nine (9) acres of property,
improvements, and other assets located near Boulder, Colorado. Since
October 2012, the primary tenant at the Isabelle Property has been
one of the largest greenhouse marijuana grow facilities in the State
of Colorado, with a total of 42,000 sq./ft. under roof (approx. 1
acre). The current operation at the Isabelle Property can produce in
excess of 5,000 lbs. of up to 50 specific strains of marijuana for
medical use over approximately 10 separate harvests.
Mr. Smith concluded, "Mountain High is in a strong position to
achieve its corporate goals with a diversified portfolio of
properties including the Isabelle, Madison, and Pueblo currently
under option. By offering state-of-art facilities like the Isabelle
Property with value-added services optimized for marijuana
cultivation, such as temperature/humidity control, lighting,
hydroponic and irrigation systems, soils, fertilizers, pest control,
testing laboratories, storage and shipping, and security, Mountain
High can establish itself as a leading real estate holder and
developer in the marijuana sector in Colorado."
Mountain High anticipates releasing additional updates regarding its
portfolio properties and other Company business as additional
information becomes available.
