signed an agreement with a long-time licensee to assume ownership of the
Pearle Vision location in New Hyde Park, N.Y. Paul Hans, along with sons
Michael and Daniel Hans, now own and operate the Pearle Vision neighborhood
eye care center at 932 Hillside Avenue. The center was formerly a
corporate-owned location and has served customers for more than 25 years.

Hans, a licensed optician, has been in business with Pearle Vision for over 30
years, first working at a corporate eye care center as an optician. He began
his career as a licensee when he opened his first location in 1982. As a
devoted member of his community, he belongs to the Long Island Association,
Long Island Chamber of Commerce and the local Lion's Club. He has lived in Dix
Hills, N.Y. for more than 30 years and looks forward to continuing to grow his
