Community Bank of San Joaquin
WALNUT CREEK, Calif., April 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bay Commercial Bank
(OTC:BCML) announced today the successful merger of Community Bank of San
Joaquin, Stockton, California into Bay Commercial Bank, effective after close
of business on Friday, April 25, 2014.
