Westamerica Bancorporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN RAFAEL, Calif., April 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors
of Westamerica Bancorporation (Nasdaq:WABC) today declared a quarterly cash
dividend of $0.38 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of
record at the close of business May 5, 2014. The dividend is payable May 16,

On April 15, 2014, Westamerica reported $15.3 million in net income for the
three months ended March 31, 2014, or $0.58 diluted earnings per common share.
