announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of its ALT6735
ProEficient-Plus™ power amplifier (PA) to Samsung Electronics for the new
GALAXY S 5. Available soon through China Telecom, which currently has over 100
million 3G subscribers, the GALAXY S 5 offers a 5.1-inch full HD Super AMOLED
display, 2.5 GHz quad-core processor, 16 megapixel camera, and Android® 4.4.2
KitKat operating system.

external switch mode power supply (SMPS), in applications using average power
tracking (APT), to further increase efficiency and reduce current consumption
at low and medium operating powers.
