Infringement Lawsuits Against American Honda Motor
Corporation, KIA Motors America Corporation, Mazda Motor of America
Corporation, and Mitsubishi Motors North America Corporation 
LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/02/14 --  Marathon Patent
Group, Inc. (OTCQB: MARA) ("Marathon"), a patent acquisition and
monetization company, announced today that its wholly-owned
subsidiary Signal IP, Inc. ("Signal") has filed a patent infringement
lawsuit against American Honda Motor Corporation, KIA Motors America
Inc., Mazda Motor of America Inc. and Mitsubishi Motors North America
Inc. in the United States District Court for the Central District of
California. 
Signal is asserting infringement related to U.S. Patent numbers
5,714,927 "Method of Improving Zone of Coverage Response of
Automotive Radar," 5,732,375 "Method of Inhibiting or Allowing Airbag
Deployment," 6,434,486 "Technique for Limiting the Range of an Object
Sensing System in a Vehicle," 6,012,007 "Occupant detection method
and apparatus for air bag system," 5,463,374 "Method and apparatus
for tire pressure monitoring and for shared keyless entry control,"
and 6,775,601 "Method and Control System for Controlling Propulsion
in a Hybrid Vehicle."
