Computershare Acquires SG Vestia Systems Inc. 
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/01/14 -- Computershare
Limited (ASX:CPU) has acquired SG Vestia Systems Inc. ('SG Vestia')
from Societe Generale S.A. (PAR:GLE.PA). SG Vestia provides employee
equity plan administration services to North American and European
clients.
