RIB signs iTWOcx Cloud Cooperation with Salini Impregilo for the Sydney
"Skytrain Contract"

Stuttgart, Germany, 27 March 2014. Italian construction giant Salini
Impregilo (SI), through its local JV (ISJV), has selected RIB iTWOcx Cloud
to be the Document Management and Collaboration Platform for the "Skytrain
Contract". This is the first phase in what promises to be a strong
partnership with the intention that Salini will become a key RIB technology
partner. This project is to design and build the "Skytrain" viaduct and
other surface construction works of the North West Rail Link in Sydney.

iTWOcx Cloud from RIB (formerly known as ProjectCentre) is being used by
all those who work on the project and is the Document Management and
Project Communication solution. The integration of iTWOcx Cloud to the
TfNSW core systems will provide an elegant and user-friendly project
collaboration and information sharing platform for the ISJV project. SI are
also keen to exploit other capabilities of the iTWO platform.

The ISJV contract, worth approximately AU$ 340 million, equivalent to EUR
220 million, will extend over a total distance of approximately 6.2 km and
will include a 4.6 km viaduct and a 270m long cable-stayed railway bridge
over a major arterial road.

The North West Rail Link is Australia's largest public transport
infrastructure project currently under construction and the biggest public
transport project in Sydney since construction of the world-famous Sydney
Harbour Bridge almost one century ago.

The NWRL project includes eight new railway stations and 4,000 commuter car
parking spaces and is expected to open to customers before the end of 2019.
It is Australia's first fully-automated rapid transit rail system and the
first stage of a new rapid transit network for Sydney.

Thomas Wolf, CEO and Chairman of RIB Software AG says "The partnership with
such a high profile and good reputation construction company as SI is both
strategically important and very pleasing for RIB ANZ."

Sanjay Sivanandan, President of RIB Asia Pacific & Middle East stated "We
are deploying all our Global resources to assure that the ISJV initiative
is a showcase for the world leading iTWOcx capability. We are pleased
iTWOcx is rapidly emerging as the industry best-practice standard."
