Carbonite Announces Distribution Agreement With SYNNEX Corporation

BOSTON, March 27, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Carbonite, Inc. (Nasdaq:CARB), a
leading provider of backup and recovery solutions for businesses, has expanded
its distribution network through an agreement with SYNNEX Corporation
(NYSE:SNX), a leading distributor of IT products and services. The agreement
allows SYNNEX' CLOUDSolv group to distribute Carbonite's platform of
affordable, secure and easy-to-use market-leading cloud backup solutions for
small to medium-sized (SMB) businesses. SYNNEX is one of the first
distributors to offer Carbonite's plans to their extensive reseller base.
