RealD Files Patent Lawsuits Against MasterImage 3D and Volfoni Over RealD Cinema System Intellectual Property Rights Business Wire LOS ANGELES -- March 26, 2014 Global 3D and visual technology licensor RealD Inc. (NYSE: RLD) filed separate patent lawsuits today in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against MasterImage 3D for their MI-Horizon3D products, and Volfoni for their SmartCrystal Diamond product. As a result, we place great value on our intellectual property,” said Michael V. Mothew, Vice President, Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs.
