LiveSafe Announces $6.5M Series A Financing Led by IAC
ARLINGTON, Va. -- March 25, 2014

announced $6.5 million in Series A financing led by IAC (NASDAQ:IACI). Barry
Diller, Chairman and Senior Executive, IAC, will join the Board of Directors
of the company.
