Stefan Freyer joined the former INFO AG back in 1997 as a group leader for sales logistics, later assumed responsibility for customer projects and applications management, and since 2007 had been a member of the management board of the former INFO AG responsible for its operative business. With the merger of INFO AG and QSC AG, Freyer was appointed to the Management Board of QSC AG. At QSC AG, Freyer's responsibilities were the company's IT and TC operations, ICT solutions business and IT consulting.  "With his long years of experience and proven competence, in particular relating to the technical operation of individual IT solutions for major customers, Stefan Freyer played a key role in shaping the process of integrating IT and TC services. I would like to expressly thank him for this," notes Dr. Bernd Schlobohm, founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of QSC AG.  Until further notice, his duties will be temporarily assumed by QSC AG's Chief Executive Officer Jürgen Hermann and Henning Reinecke, the member of the Management Board responsible for sales and marketing as well as for the market-driven evolution of the company's ICT offerings.
