of Directors has adopted a dividend policy pursuant to which the Company
intends to pay quarterly cash dividends on its common stock. Skyworks informed
that it intends to initiate a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share sometime
in Q3 FY 2014, which begins on April 1, 2014, subject to declaration by the

On February 27, 2014, OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (OmniVision) reported
financial results for Q3 FY 2014 (period ended January 31, 2014). In Q3 FY
2014, the Company's revenues totalled $352.0 million, reflecting a decline of
16.9% YoY. Quarterly net income was $30.6 million, or $0.54 per diluted share,
