pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey S. Tourek as Executive Vice
President and National Sales leader. Mr. Tourek comes to JetPay from
Heartland Payment Systems where he was Executive Director for Major Accounts.
His addition is part of the Company's efforts to increase its national
presence among all of its product lines. This effort has included the
addition of Ralph Bianco as General Manager for JetPay's prepaid card
programs; the Company's hiring of Wayne Hart to head National Sales for JetPay
Payroll Services; and the addition of a National Sales Manager for JetPay Card
Services to be announced later this month.

Jeff's experience also includes directing business development and strategic
relationships for Global Payments, Inc. and leading the Midwest commercial
sales team for Bank of America where he expanded their product sales in
payroll cards, ecommerce, and business-to-business sales. Immediately prior
to joining JetPay, Jeff was Executive Director of Major Accounts for Heartland
Payment Services, where he assisted in building their national sales with a
focus on large merchants in the retail, travel and entertainment, ecommerce,
supermarket and petroleum vertical markets.
