Agreement with Networking Division of Toyota Group

is excited to announce that it has signed a distribution agreement with TT
Network Integration (Thailand) Co. Ltd., the networking division of the Toyota
Group. From their worldwide network support center in Bangkok, Thailand,
Toyota Group's TT Network Integration will supply and support Thinspace's
Propalms TSE Software, not only to all subsidiary companies within the Toyota
Group, but also to other Japanese companies around the world.
Thinspace has been a solid and active supply chain partner to the Toyota
Group's networking division, TT Integration Co. Ltd., since 2007. Currently,
TT Integration is supplying and supporting Thinspace's Propalms TSE software
to several enterprise customers and Toyota Group subsidiaries in Thailand and
Japan including: Denso International; Toyota Motor Asia Pacific Engineering &
Manufacturing; Dusit Thani Public Company Limited; Daiwa Kasei (Thailand) Co
Ltd; Ewel Co Ltd; and Toyota Tsusho M&E Co Ltd.

Thinspace's Propalms TSE software was selected by Toyota Group for a variety
of reasons including:
oLocalized in Japan and has a proven record selling into and supporting
oExtremely cost effective and reduces the total cost of ownershipfor large
oCentralizes deployment and management applications, which allows Toyota to
run new software applications on old personal computers because all
applications are run centrally on the server and not on user desktops.
oCapable of delivering one application or multiple applications seamlessly
oAllows shadowing of an application where a centrally based support team
can actual see, in real time, what a user is doing within the
application.This means that someone based at offices in Thailand could,
through the Propalms TSE Web based console, support someone working from
home in the U.S. or train that person on a new application.
oProvides secure remote access to applications, which allows users to
access their applications from anywhere at any time without having to be
in the office.
oAllows remote printing, which allows users to print to a printer that is
located in the office while they are not in the office. It also allows
them to automatically pick up settings of new local printers.
Thinspace's Propalms TSE software is extremely cost effective and dramatically
reduces the total cost of ownership for large corporations. It cuts costs for
companies by eliminating the need to buy new personal computers since all
applications are run centrally on the server (and not on user desktops), and
by reducing technical support and desktop costs via utilization of its
'session shadowing' feature. Not only is it easy to install and manage, but
also it allows companies to roll out new applications to 1,000 users in
minutes and ensure secure remote access to applications for employees working
on the road and at home.
