Sara Collis Promoted to VP/Director of RTC’s Insights and Innovation Group
WASHINGTON -- February 27, 2014
Full-service engagement marketing agency RTC announces the promotion of Sara
Collis to vice president/director of Insights & Innovations (I&I), RTC’s
strategic planning group. Collis will oversee the I&I team and their efforts
in optimizing brand strategy and brand-to-consumer relationships via
multi-channel planning, consumer insights and research to evaluate trends. She
has a depth of expertise in engagement marketing and digital solutions,
including a background in media optimization and analysis, market research and
user experience design and testing. Collis will continue to lead initiatives
around customer experience design, consumer research and emerging

Previously, Collis served as director, I&I, for several years and was
instrumental in growing RTC’s Customer Experience and Social Listening
practice in Washington, DC. Her client experience spans pharmaceutical,
automotive, telecommunications and financial services.

Collis joined RTC six years ago after spending a number of years with
Razorfish as a media planner and analyst. She holds a master’s degree in
Public Policy from Georgetown University and graduated cum laude from Cornell
University with a B.S. in Communications while playing NCAA Division I field
