Mr. Parra most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Network Operations for the DHL Express Americas Region. Since 2011, Mike has been responsible for all aspects of the Americas Region network operations. In his new appointment as CEO, Mike will be installed as a member of the U.S. Management Board, as well as remain a member of the Americas Management Board. Prior to DHL, Mike worked for ten years with TNT Express Worldwide, holding positions as Regional Operations Manager, Gateway Manager and General Manager of Latin America and the Caribbean. Mike replaces Ian Clough who served as DHL Express U.S. CEO since 2009.
