HEADWATERS INCORPORATED (NYSE: HW), a building products company dedicated to

today announced it will host its Twelfth Annual Analyst and Investor Day
Conference on Friday, March 7, 2014 at The Palace Hotel in New York City from
8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Eastern.

This year’s Analyst and Investor Day will be hosted by Headwaters’ Chief
Executive Officer Kirk A. Benson, and will include presentations by senior
management of Headwaters’ Light Building Products, Heavy Construction
Materials segments, and Don Newman, Headwaters' Chief Financial Officer.
