Accelatis today announced the close of another successful year in which the
company more than doubled its sales, was profitable, and closed major business
with new customers. Calendar year 2013 brought successes on both the business
and technology fronts for Accelatis, a leading provider of Application
Performance Management (APM) solutions for Oracle Hyperion EPM, IBM Cognos BI,
and other enterprise software systems.

In addition to achieving its third consecutive year of profitability,
Accelatis milestones included:

  *finishing the year with record revenues in the fourth quarter, and 2.4x
    previous year’s sales results, leading the way into an anticipated fourth
    consecutive growth year in 2014;
  *doubling staff, adding key positions in management, and naming Stephanie
    Lauk to the new position of Controller. New positions were also added in
    sales, product development and support;
  *once again achieving 100% renewal rate for software licenses, while
    increasing commitments and upgrades from existing customers like PPG,
    Stanley Black and Decker, and Invensys;
  *signing several new marquee customers, including Chevron, Carter’s, and
    Rolls Royce; and,
  *expanding its technology footprint with a version of its flagship product,
    Accelatis Ascension Suite, for the IBM Cognos BI ecosystem.

The year’s technology innovations were topped by the debut of a new concept,
the first SaaS-based solution to ease the financial closing process for Oracle
Hyperion customers, Accelatis Performance On Demand. The first tool for
analyzing business rules for financial consolidation, APOD-HFM provides
insurance that the Oracle HFM system is running optimized.

In addition to Accelatis Performance on Demand, the company introduced
revolutionary new simulation capabilities for Ascension Suite: a technical
milestone among APM systems, with Accelatis providing the only
application-specific solution available today. Reinforcing company claims,
Diane Ferry, HFM Administrator at Emerson Electric, told Oracle Open World
that Emerson improved consolidation performance by 40 percent --and ensured a
smooth migration-- by efficiently and accurately load-testing with
Accelatis Ascension Suite.

The company also introduced Extended Services, an offering that helps
customers derive more value from Accelatis Ascension Suite by performing
Oracle Hyperion Root Cause Analysis and Performance Tuning. Extended support
also helps customers interpret the information that Accelatis is providing,
and gives expert advice on building action plans to control their environment
and maximize performance.

Business developments were highlighted by the introduction of Partner
Accelerator, a new cooperative program for the company’s certified consulting
community. In addition to certification training for the company’s Ascension
Suite, Partner Accelerator includes marketing incentives, tools, and
technology support for installations that have been deployed by its partners.
