Global Operations and Sales Executive Joins AllDigital's Board

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AllDigital Holdings, Inc.
(OTCBB:ADGL), recently recognized as one of Streaming Media Magazine's
"Streaming Media 100," which honors the most innovative and influential
companies in the online video industry, has announced the addition of a new,
independent board member, Mark Walsh, to the Board of Directors.

marketing, operations and scalable sales organizations. We anticipate that

Mr. Walsh held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Chief
Customer Officer for Hostess Brands, LLC from March 2009 to December 2013.
Prior to Hostess Brands, Walsh worked in numerous international divisions of
PepsiCo for approximately 20-years in senior executive positions gaining
significant experience in global brand building, operations, and sales
management. Walsh has a BS from the Oregon State University in industrial
