for 2013 and, as a result, is expecting to see a continued growth trajectory
in 2014.

TraceSecurity continued to gain exponential traction for TraceCSO, the
company’s cloud-based software solution, across a variety of industry
verticals in 2013, with new enhancements to the popular product added in July
and November. In February, the company announced a key integration partnership
with Qualys Inc.; then followed in March with the launch of the company’s
formal channel partner program. As a result of these and other

TraceSecurity as a “Vendor to Watch” within the IT GRC security space in the
coming months and years.
