has been assigned the power failure technology patent application filed on
January 3, 2014, by inventors Neil Singer, PhD, Ken Pasch, PhD and John
Granada, from AC Kinetics and Stewart Wallach, CEO of Capstone Companies

The proprietary technical attributes of the technology enables unique power
failure detection, switch controlled properties, as well as thermal
protection.Notably, it is applicable for a broad variety of lighting fixture
configurations.With this innovation Capstone plans to expand its product line
