University of Farmers Earns Top Honors With Induction Into Training Magazine's

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --Farmers Insurance and the University
of Farmers added to its string of prestigious honors with its induction into
Training magazine's Hall of Fame during a special ceremony held at the 2014
Training Top 125 awards in San Diego, Calif. on Feb. 3.

Training magazine is internationally recognized for its focus on training,

Farmers earned the Hall of Fame induction by earning four consecutive top 10
finishes in the Training Top 125 as sponsored by Training magazine. One of
the insurers' biggest distinctions occurred in 2011 when the University of
Farmers took top honors and was named the #1 corporate training organization
in the world.

Joining Farmers as a Hall of Fame inductee was Verizon. No other
organizations earned Hall of Fame honors for 2014 and further reflects on the
magnitude of the accomplishment, its difficulty and prestige. The Training
magazine Hall of Fame honor is shared by a select group of members, including
Microsoft, Deloitte LLP, Ernst & Young, General Mills, IBM, Pfizer,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
