Samsung Canada Brings Industry Leading Retail Experiences to Richmond Centre 
with the Launch of a New Brand Store 
Second standalone retail location opens on February 1(st )allowing Canadians 
to play more, do more and share more 
MISSISSAUGA, ON, Feb. 1, 2014 /CNW/ - Samsung Canada, a leading supplier of 
high-technology in the Canadian marketplace, today announced the launch of its 
second Canadian Samsung Experience Store at Richmond Centre in British 
Columbia opening on Saturday, February 1(st). As part of Samsung's expanding 
retail presence in Canada, the new 1,900 square foot standalone retail 
location is designed to help Canadians play more, do more and share more with 
exciting new ways to interact with Samsung's latest line up of mobile, 
personal computing and consumer electronic products.

experience store as the next big step in our national retail strategy and just 
in time for Chinese New Year. Our approach to retail is to bring the

The store will showcase Samsung's dedication to industry-leading customer 
service and in-store education by offering unprecedented one-to-one, walk-in 
customer service support where repair and maintenance will be provided on the 
spot. In addition to a dedicated on-site mobile repair service centre, a 
product training centre will also be available led by fully-trained Samsung 
experts utilizing the retail floor to showcase Samsung's convergent technology 
to give consumers a feature-rich, immersive experience. 
Consumers who visit the Richmond location can expect to see firsthand how 
Samsung's innovative products including smartphones, tablets, laptops, 
connected cameras and accessories can help them 'Play More Do More and Share 
More." 
Samsung's national retail expansion also includes a new Samsung Experience 
Store at West Edmonton Mall opening on February 13.  In addition, Samsung has 
opened a series of Samsung Experience Shops located inside Best Buy and Future 
Shop locations across Canada with 90 stores planned to open by the end of 2014.
