Randy Owens, President of the Oil & Mining segment and region North America
will leave Kemira as ofApril 30, 2014.

Hilton Casas, President of the region South America, will leave Kemira as of
March 31, 2014.

To further streamline Kemira's organization, the operations in South America
will be consolidated into the North America region. The combined region will
be renamed 'The Americas'.

Kemira into one of the leading global companies related to water quality and
