Baltimore Gas and Electric Selects C3 Energy Smart Grid Analytics

REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/29/14 --   C3 Energy
announced today that Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), a subsidiary
of Exelon Corporation, has selected C3 Energy Smart Grid Analytics
software to achieve its goal of ensuring cost-effective, efficient,
and reliable energy delivery as it continues to develop the
information technology-enabled infrastructure known as the smart
grid.

BGE serves more than 1.25 million electric customers and more than
650,000 gas customers in Central Maryland. C3 Energy Smart Grid
Analytics will be deployed across all of BGE's nearly two million
electric and gas meters. The first phase of the deployment will begin
in the second quarter of 2014, when C3 Revenue Protection(TM) and C3
AMI Operations(TM) will be deployed.
