IFF Celebrates 125th Anniversary Year
NEW YORK -- January 27, 2014

celebration of its 125^th anniversary year.
Beginning with the founding of Polak & Schwarz on January 27^th, 1889 in
Zutphen, the Netherlands, and culminating in the 1958 merger with van
Ameringen-Haebler to form IFF in New York, the Company attributes its long
success to its employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.

commemorative logo that reflects IFF’s significant legacy, designed by an
employee based in Singapore. The formal celebrations will be kicked off by the
Board of Directors at an event in IFF’s creative center in Hilversum, the
Netherlands. This will be followed by a series of activities for the balance
of the year.
