The Valspar Corporation (NYSE:VAL) will release its first quarter fiscal 2014
financial results on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results on Wednesday,
February 12, 2014, beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET (10:00 a.m. CT). Valspar’s
senior executive management will review results for the first quarter, provide
an update on the business and take questions from analysts.
