Insurer Adopts Audatex Integrated Claims Management Solution to Drive
Operational Efficiencies and Superior Customer Experience
TORONTO, Jan. 14, 2014 /CNW/ - Audatex Canada ULC, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Solera Holdings, Inc., the leading global claims solutions provider serving
the automotive industry, today announced a new long-term strategic partnership
with RSA Canada, the country's third-largest property and casualty insurer.
The collaboration streamlines RSA Canada's entire claims handling process,
replacing multiple tolls and software programs with Audatex Canada's
end-to-end suite of software. By standardizing workflow and procedures across
all RSA Canada companies, the software will create uniformity and time
savings, ultimately leading to faster service for consumers.
Achieving cost-effective claim resolution through the use of industry's
foremost technology will benefit the partners and consumers. "This solution
enables RSA Canada to leverage its size and scale to provide even better
service to our customers and helping them get back to normal faster after a
claim," says Irene Bianchi, Senior Vice President, Claims, Corporate Services
& Strategic Sourcing for RSA Canada.
"The partnership will condense cycle time, saving customers time. Also, using
our analytics will help RSA make better business decisions and optimize
operations, including customer service," said Anthony Giagnacovo, Managing
Director of Audatex Canada.
