WiLAN and Toshiba Reach Agreement to End Litigation 
OTTAWA, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/09/14 --   Wi-LAN Inc. ("WiLAN"
or the "Company") (TSX: WIN)(NASDAQ: WILN) today announced that
Toshiba Corporation ("Toshiba") and WiLAN have agreed to end pending
litigation in Florida between the parties concerning certain
television patents. As part of the agreement, Toshiba will receive a
license to certain WiLAN patents. All other terms of the agreement
are confidential.
