WABCO Awarded Recertification as a New and High Technology Enterprise by 
Government Authorities in China 
SHANGHAI, CHINA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/08/14 --   WABCO Holdings Inc.
(NYSE: WBC) (www.wabco-auto.com), a global technology leader and
tier-one supplier to the commercial vehicle industry, today announced
that WABCO China has recently been recertified as a new and high
technology enterprise by the government authorities. In 2010, WABCO
became one of the first global suppliers in the automotive and
commercial vehicle industry to obtain such certification in China and
today WABCO remains one of the few in its field with this official
status.  
The renewal of WABCO's certification reaffirms WABCO's position in
China as a valued supplier of new as well as high technology for
commercial vehicle control systems that help original equipment
manufacturers to develop and build safer and more efficient trucks,
buses and trailers. It also confirms how WABCO has continued to grow
its local capabilities for innovation and it further recognizes the
company's continued investments in research, development and
manufacturing in China.
