Arcos Dorados Announces Dividend Payment
BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- December 20, 2013
Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE:ARCO) (“Arcos Dorados” or the “Company”),
announced today the payment of a cash dividend totaling $12.5 million,
equivalent to approximately $0.0596 per share of outstanding Class A and Class
B shares, in accordance with the Board resolution announced in March 2013. The
dividend will be distributed on January 3, 2014, to shareholders of record at
the close of business on December 30, 2013.
