REDDING, Calif., Dec. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Randall S. Eslick, President
and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ:BOCH) (the
"Company"), a $932million bank holding company and parent company of Redding
Bank of Commerce™ (the "Bank"), today announced that Robert H. Muttera will be
joining the Bank as Executive Vice President – Chief Credit Officer effective
January 17, 2014. Mr. Muttera will succeed Robert N. Rowe who has determined
to leave the Bank to pursue other career opportunities.

The Company also announced that Samuel D. Jimenez, Executive Vice President –
Chief Financial Officer has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Robert J. O'Neil, Senior
Vice President – Regional Credit Manager has been promoted to Senior Vice
President – Regional President.

Mr. Muttera has over thirty years of banking experience, most recently as an
