Socialware Names Ken Naumann as New CEO
Seasoned Leader Selected to Capitalize on Company's Momentum and

announced that Ken Naumann has joined the firm as Chief Executive
Officer. Naumann, who brings extensive experience growing enterprise
software companies throughout his career, replaces former CEO Chad
Bockius who will continue to serve in an advisory role to
Socialware's business success in 2013 has ignited a new period of
growth and expansion. During the past 12 months, Socialware has added
several new enterprise customers, realized large expansions within
existing enterprise accounts and has seen record increases in
software, renewals and professional services revenues. This further
solidifies the company's leadership position in social media
applications for the financial services and banking industries.

Naumann has served as CEO, president and other executive roles for

on-premise voice recognition solutions, was acquired by Nuance
Communications under Naumann's leadership. He also has held executive
sales and marketing roles at Paymetric, Guidance Software and
BindView, now Symantec. Additionally, Naumann has an extensive
background in marketing and selling compliance software and has a
deep understanding of the compliance challenges facing Socialware's
