Employers for Gen Y Emerging Talent in Chicago. The list recognizes

The top five Employers for Gen Y Emerging Talent are: Coyote Logistics, Enova

Chicago employers qualified for the award by having a minimum of 10 employees,
with at least 10 percent of their workforce comprised of Gen Y. Companies were
first evaluated on company offerings and employee satisfaction in six
categories: professional development opportunities, benefits, environment,
company reputation and culture and perks. The final score also takes into
consideration the enthusiasm of company leadership for Gen Y and the
percentage of Gen Y employees.
