Beat the morning rush with the new Tim Hortons Turkey Sausage Breakfast

OAKVILLE, ON, Dec. 16, 2013 /CNW/ - Between shoveling snow, bundling up the 
kids and fighting traffic on cold-weather commutes, it can be tough to make 
time for breakfast on winter mornings. Tim Hortons is helping Canadians get 
their mornings off to a smoother start with the new Turkey Sausage Breakfast 
Sandwich, a satisfying, lean protein breakfast option under 350 calories.

alone. With nearly two-thirds of people who buy breakfast at a restaurant

Breakfast Sandwich and now we have a lower calorie, lower fat option with our 
new Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich*. The sandwich offers guests an

Available at participating Tim Hortons restaurants across Canada for $3.29, 
the Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich is made fresh, served hot and can be 
ordered with egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin. This version of the 
sandwich has 330 calories, 20 grams of protein,14 grams of fat and is a good 
source of calcium and iron**. For an even lower calorie choice, guests can 
order the Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich with an egg-white option, with 
just 280 calories, nine grams of fat and the same amount of protein. 
*About half the fat and one-third less calories compared to the Pork Sausage 
Breakfast Sandwich on an English muffin (14 grams of fat versus 31 grams of 
fat; 330 calories versus 490 calories). 
**Contains 20 per cent of the Daily Value each of calcium and iron.
