Company Engages Sponsoring Brokerage and Designated Advisor for

Corp. (OTCBB: DECN), the exclusive worldwide sales, service and

has approved the company's uplisting to the OTC QX, the Premier OTC
Market Tier. Concurrent with these Board Resolutions, the company has
engaged a sponsoring brokerage and engaged counsel who shall serve as
