ELKHART, Ind., Dec. 10, 2013

ELKHART, Ind., Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE: THO)
today announced that its Board of Directors approved, at their December 10,
2013 meeting, the payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share.

The regular dividend is payable on January 14, 2014 to shareholders of record
at the close of business on December 27, 2013.
