(TSX:MNW) customer TUI Service AG together with buw Unternehmensgruppe, has
won the 2013 European Call Centre Award in the travel and hospitality
category. Built on MiContactCenter and MiVoice solutions from Mitel, TUI
Service AG won the award for its high touch "Mein Service" solution.

TUI Service AG provides customer service for TUI Germany, TUI Austria, TUI
Switzerland and TUI Poland and works with Baleares Vision from Spain and the
Dominican Republic for services through the rest of the world. Baleares Vision
specializes on Mitel MiContactCenter solutions.
