Entertainment Group Limited (Nasdaq:CMGE) ("CMGE" or "the "Company"), a
leading mobile game company based in China, reminds investors that it will
hold its annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders on Monday December 2,
2013 at 8:00 p.m. Beijing time. The AGM will be held at the Company's office
located on 13/F, 8 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on November 4, 2013 are
entitled to attend the meeting. The notice of the annual general meeting of

1. The re-election of Mr. Lijun Zhang as a director of the Company;
