Rep. Courtney, Sen. Blumenthal and other Connecticut officials to attend

            Dominion (NYSE:D) dedicates its Somers Solar Center, located in
            north-central Connecticut. The center, acquired by Dominion from
            Kyocera in October, is capable of producing roughly 5 megawatts
WHAT:   (AC) of carbon-free electricity or enough to power approximately
            1,400 homes. This invitation-only event is open to the media.
            Tours will be offered of the facility, the largest solar facility
            built in Connecticut to date. Dominion representatives will be on
            hand to discuss the project's development and its technology.
