Company's Rating Experiences 42-Percent Jump Over Course of Fiscal

points between October 2012 and September 2013. The rating is
calculated using the Net Promoter Score method. In those 12 months, a
diverse cross-section of P2's customer base provided hundreds of
responses through monthly online surveys.
