Director at Barc to lead the agency's creative efforts across all integrated
marketing programs. Previously, John was Senior Creative Director at Upshot in
Chicago

At Upshot, John served as lead creative for Disney Vacation Club and
Tremor/Vocalpoint, P&G's word-of-mouth marketing arm, in addition to leading
teams on Unilever, Kraft Foods, Kellogg's and Coca-Cola. John's creative
inspiration derives from a variety of sources, but he enjoys a particular love
for pop culture and music, as curated on his website, Popservations. John will
oversee all creative at Barc, devoted to developing consumer-centric ideas and
offering a fresh perspective to the agency's fully integrated approach.

Barc is also expanding their account team, naming Heather O'Donnell as
Director of Planning. Heather has worked comfortably in both agency and
client positions, including The Clorox Co, Constellation Brands, and Nestle
USA. Heather has extensive brand and customer marketing experience, having
worked closely with key retailers Safeway, Costco, and Dollar Store.
