Betfair Given The Go Ahead To Launch Online Gaming In New Jersey PR Newswire JERSEY CITY, N.J., Nov. 13, 2013 JERSEY CITY, N.J., Nov.13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Betfair (LSE: BET), one of the UK's largest online betting and gaming operators announced today that it has received a transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement allowing it to go live with its online gaming platform via www.betfaircasino.comwhen the state launches internet wagering on November 26. A transactional waiver grants operators the ability to engage in online gaming while their license applications are continuing to be reviewed by the Division of Gaming Enforcement. Ahead of the launch date, New Jersey will conduct a five-day trial period beginning November 21, 2013. During this trial, people located in New Jersey will gain limited access to Betfair's online casino and poker service.
